This is to illustrate Dr. Zieman’s/ or Julie Edward’s/ evident affinity for incentive programs. Four out of five claims of quality are incentive programs that, professionally would benefit his credibility, good incentives.

I am certain this was their response to my statement, expressed in July 6, 2016 communication submitted to kiosk at SRC detention facility, addressed to public defenders inbox.  My statement, “I realize that public defenders are not the highest paid in the justice (lol) community, making it necessary to supplement income with whatever incentives are received …”.

Then, ” Dr.” Zieman included in his report that I used words incorrectly.  Completely back wards… His interpretation is wrong.  Medicare electronic health record incentive plan seems like it would be beneficial to participate.  As well as Medicare Physician Quality Reporting Incentive Program.  Most assuredly, PQRS Maintenance of Certification Program Incentive Program, participation should be recommended, honestly.  Does this make any sense?
